We want you to have a fun, easy time shopping at Pearl Jellyfish Slime Store. To help make that happen, we want to make our store policies clear so we're all on the same page.
- Because we ONLY sell slime that’s freshly made and ready to go out the door, we normally ship within 24 hours of your order Monday through Saturday.
- All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail so you should have your order in just 2-3 days for most orders.
- Slime is shipped to you in excellent, ready-to-play-with condition. But, even a day or two of travel in extreme conditions can make your slime seem less fun when it arrives. We’ll include full instructions for returning your slime to its full glory if it arrives in less-than-perfect condition from heat or cold exposure.
- We currently ship only to the United States, but will be shipping worldwide soon.
- By ordering, you indicate your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and that you are 18 or older or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission and are legally and legitimately ordering.
- We know everyone makes mistakes, so we’re happy to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped (usually within 24 hours of your order).
- If we have already shipped your order, you may refuse the package at delivery (unopened) or ship it back to us yourself (also unopened). Upon receiving it, we will refund the cost of the slime (but not the cost of the shipping either direction)
- As mentioned, if you have not yet opened your slime package and want to return it, you may do so by refusing the package when delivered and telling your mail carrier to “return to sender”, or you may pay postage to return it to us.
In either case, you MUST let us know within 48 hours of receiving your slime package that would like to return your slime. We won’t understand why, since it’s great slime! But, as long as it is in its original, unopened condition when it arrives back to us, we will refund the full cost of the slime (but not any shipping costs). If slime is returned in opened or otherwise damaged condition, there will be no refunds.
Incorrect Addresses, Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
- Because our shipping is automated, we cannot edit shipping addresses -- packages are shipped to the address EXACTLY as you enter it. We are not responsible for any packages lost, missing, or mis-delivered in any way due to an addressing error. IF you notice you made a mistake before your order has been shipped, we can cancel your order and you can re-order it with a correct address. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Any such delivery problems should be reported to your local postmaster.
